xhocoretto asked: Hello to the Earth Friendly Lolita! :D I would like to share that this idea is just diamonds. Of being nature-friendly and still be so beautiful inside and out, I hope you guys continue doing this. I'm supporting this, for realz. Good luck with your future projects!
Anonymous asked: The consumption of animals/sea-creatures itself is environmentally unfriendly in itself due to the devastation caused to the eco-systems as well as the water/electricity consumed in the processing/cleaning/distribution.

Not sure what your angle is...

Anonymous asked: Hey! I just want to say thank you so much for this blog and ask if you could make sure people aren't buying fur for their wardrobes!
Until 2010 there was a loophole in the law that enabled real fur to be labeled wrongfully as faux. Even though there is a better law now, thanks to the Humane Society of the United States, Big Cat Rescue and other animal protection groups, there...

Anonymous asked: So far, you guys have done some really wonderful work, what I love is how that project not only was eco-friendly, but could really save people money, too! And it was simple, which means most people could so it. Maybe you could show more pictures of lolitas wearing the accessories, maybe even fairy-kei wearers could work with them, too? As long as you keep up with quality projects, I think more...

Make Lolita accessories out of C2 bottle!
Or any plastic bottle!
Turn a trash into treasure!
You will be needing:
Destash fabric: 1/4 yard would be enough
Hot Glue
Plastic bottle
Laces
Pearls, bows, deco-den materials (optional)
Cut the bottle in half.
We will be making a mini tophat out of the bottom of the bottle. This is my desired length.
Trace out the fabric you will be needing to cover the top part and cut it. Be...

Change. If you cannot find reasons to be free, invent them. And think seriously of finding another activity that is more like what you expect from life, more dignified, more human. -Paulo Coelho
I found this quotation at Paulo Coelho’s Facebook page today. It reflects so much of our goals for this project.
As I was talking to Mommy Abie a while ago about our plans, realization came to me...

Lolitas need to care for the environment too and it's good to know that there are still some people who remember that all beauty comes from Mother Earth ♥

notsosimplybrittany asked: This is a great project you guys have going on! I found this tumblr because "i_wander" left me a comment on my blog http://moeturtle.blogspot.com/.
I think for lolita's it's really important that we learn to recycle because in the victorian period, they would reuse fabrics until they had holes in them! And with "authentic" lolita clothes being so expensive it...

Anonymous asked: I'ld love to know more about this! could you please develop a little more the idea of the earth friendly purposes?
tanalilt asked: While I'm not explicitly just a lolita, I'm all for ensuring our planet is preserved, and the beauty stays around for years to come. I can't wait to see what you have planned for this blog, and I'll be following.
Good luck. : )
