I found this quotation at Paulo Coelho’s Facebook page today. It reflects so much of our goals for this project.

As I was talking to Mommy Abie a while ago about our plans, realization came to me in a big picture. And seeing this quote made me somehow identify why we are doing this and what for.. And that is to:

finding another activity that is more like what you expect from life, more dignified, more human.

This is the change that we wanted. To have more content, more meaning. To not just dress up, but to live life.. love LIFE. :)

After a lot of brainstorming and daydreaming, me and Mommy Abie decided to organize an activity-based lolita gathering to celebrate the birth of this campaign. We are still looking for a proper venue and would still need to talk to some people who could help us.
