The Earth Friendly Lolita Project is a non-profit campaign founded by two Filipina lolitas: Jaja and Abie.
Our mission is to extend our love with the beauty that is lolita into helping save what beauty is left with Mother Nature. In this blog, we will share every footstep we make on our fight to make the world a better place for us lolitas to live.
With this, we aim to bring inspiration and awareness to our fellow lolitas and to everyone who would want to take part with the fight.

While there is a petty commotion going on involving the birth of the project, we found the need to maintain our cool and just let our actions speak for itself. Expect some tutorials and some DIY this week. Yes, it’s crafty craft time for us earth-friendly lolitas!
As of the moment, we would like to share our concern to what is happening in Japan right now. Japan..the birthplace of our beloved fashion that is lolita. Japan..experiencing the grudge of nature. While it is still a natural disaster and we can say that it is not an effect of man’s irresponsibility, it involves lives of many people not only Japan but also the neighboring countries. Being earth friendly does not only mean caring for plants but caring for Earth as a whole. The care extends to all the lives that is breathing in this planet and we pray for the safety of every lives. Let us now pay attention. Mother earth is knocking hard in our hearts.. Let’s stop the hate. Let us help each other. Let’s all be one in prayer.
I am watching the news right now. And my heart is really stirred. As soon as I get a chance to help by physical means, I’ll try to compose an activity to share this campaign’s help to the people in the world. Let us pray for Japan. <3
